MSc in Renewable Energy with AI and Data Science: Geology and Geophysics (READY), Imperial College London
Want to use AI and data science to help shape the future of renewable energy?
Applications are now open for Imperial College London's MSc in Renewable Energy with AI and Data Science: Geology and Geophysics (READY), for September 2027 entry.
Our innovative MSc combines geoscience, renewable energy, data science and artificial intelligence to equip students with the skills needed to characterise the Earth's surface and subsurface for a wide range of renewable energy applications.
What makes READY different?
AI and Data Science: Develop practical skills in programming, machine learning and AI, and learn how to apply these technologies to real-world geoscience and renewable energy challenges.
Hands-On Learning: Work with real industry datasets, gain field experience including offshore geophysical surveying, and tackle complex site characterisation challenges through collaborative projects.
Industry Connections: Learn from leading academics and industry professionals, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and develop skills valued by employers across renewable energy, geoscience and data science sectors.
READY is part of Imperial's Ada Lovelace Academy, a hub for computational MSc programmes dedicated to increasing the representation of women and other underrepresented groups in engineering and technology.
Scholarships: Scholarships are available for eligible applicants.
